Yes! If you choose a home before some interior finish decisions are made, you can make selections (such as paint and cabinet colors). There are also upgrade options available. Click here to view the selections/upgrades list. 

Each owner is responsible for maintaining and insuring the building itself - just like a regular single family home. The association takes care of maintaining the roads and common areas of the neighborhood, as well as the lawn care and landscaping.
